The towers is made of prefabricated materials with less sandcrete block work. The basement of the building is the hub of reinforced beams and columns that supports the structure. The basement also houses services such as the power cables, fire fighters pumps and equipment’s. There is a conduit from the basement to the thirteenth floor which connects all service cables and pipes. The external walls of the building is made of glazed glass with steel design and gladding, whiles the internal walls are made of sandcrete block work. The floors are made of porcelain tiles. A combination of solid wooden panel doors and glazed glass are used for the doors. The main entrance to the building is made of automated glass doors. The ceilings are made of acoustic design and plaster of paris (p.o.p) finishes. The last floor is a pent house, which comprises of two separate executive apartments fully furnished. The apartment is a two bedroom self-contained unit, with a kitchen and a hall. There are two elevators which conveys users of the facility from the basement to the eleventh floor. The facility can also be accessed by using a staircase which is linked to all the floors. The entire property is enclosed in a sandcrete block fence wall measuring up to about 2.5 meters with security cameras and automated doors for the main entrance.
